By using Coinzy Bot ("the Economy Bot"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Bot. These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.
2. Virtual Currency & Economy
Coinzy Bot operates a virtual economy system. All currency and items within the Bot have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money or cryptocurrency.
Economy Features:
- Virtual currency has no real-world value
- Trading and transactions are for entertainment only
- In-game items are non-transferable outside the Bot
- We reserve the right to reset or adjust economy balances
- All transactions are final and non-reversible
- Multi-account farming is strictly prohibited
3. Usage Rights & Restrictions
The Economy Bot is provided "as is" without any warranties. You agree to use the Bot only as intended and in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service.
Prohibited Actions:
- Exploiting economy features or bugs
- Using automated scripts, macros, or self-bots
- Selling or buying bot currency for real money
- Account sharing or multi-accounting
- Using virtual private networks (VPNs) to bypass restrictions
- Creating alternative accounts to transfer currency
- Attempting to manipulate the economy through coordinated actions
- Sharing exploits or bugs with other users
4. Economy Data & Privacy
We store user economy data including balances, inventory, and transaction history. This data is used solely for Bot functionality and may be reset or modified at any time. By using the Bot, you consent to:
- Collection and storage of your Discord ID
- Tracking of all economy-related activities
- Monitoring of trading patterns and behavior
- Sharing of statistics for anti-fraud purposes
5. Fair Play Policy
Users must engage with the economy system fairly. Violations include but are not limited to:
- Using multiple accounts to gain advantages
- Exploiting timing or system mechanics
- Coordinating with others to manipulate prices
- Using external tools to automate actions
- Attempting to reverse-engineer the bot's systems
6. Penalties & Enforcement
Violations of these terms may result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Permanent balance forfeiture
- Trading restrictions
- Complete ban from all bot features
- Reporting to Discord Trust & Safety
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Economy Bot and reset any virtual currency balances without prior notice or explanation. No refunds or compensation will be provided for lost virtual items or currency.
8. Disclaimer of Liability
Coinzy Bot and its operators are not liable for any losses, damages, or issues arising from:
- Bot downtime or technical issues
- Loss of virtual currency or items
- Economy resets or adjustments
- User trading decisions
- Changes to bot features or mechanics
